Copy security model from one instance to another

Hi Everyone - It's Friday
I am wondering if anyone knows how I can copy the security model (MS Project
server 2003) from my production instance to my test instance, or do I need to
do it manually each time?

Perhaps this belongs in the developer portion, I wasn't sure ... So I'm
posting in both places.
