Copy Selection from Outlook 2007 to ON2007

I am running Outlook 2003. I am doing a trial of ON 2007. IN OL I can select
a message from the list and the ON icon does move the message to ON.

In Outlook if I open a message and select a section I see the ON icon but it
is light blue (dim) and is not active. Is there an install option that I
missed?

It could be that this option just is not functional.
For the for the collaboration features of ON and OL the new OL 2007 is
needed. ON 2007 someway works with OL 2003 too, but on a limited level
only.
