copy sheets to another file

I have a macro which copies several sheets to another file and then deletes
all the sheet code.

I now find that there are 2 extra sheets to be copied but the sheet code is
required in them.

How can I get around this?

Deleting the sheet code is an overt act.
Test for the sheetname and don't delete the code in those sheets?
