The custom dictionary is in a file named Custom.dic (unless you specified a
different name). See http://word.mvps.org/FAQs/General/FilesToBackup.htm for
how to locate it. Just copy the file to the same location on the new
computer. The same article discusses other files that you probably want to
copy as well.
