Copy to another workbook

Is there a way to set up a spreadsheet so that it will
copy one worksheet from one workbook to another without
having the difficulty of losing formats? The worksheet
that I want to copy is full of formulas but I want to
Paste Special values without losing the format of the
spreadsheet.
