Copy to HTML Tag

Using Pub 2002, trying to import HTML using HTML Code
Fragment. When I copy the code I want to apply, and then
open HTML Code Fragment and right click on mouse to
paste, this isn't possible. All I get is "What is This?"

Therefore I can't paste to the html code fragment area.
I can load the file manually, but sometimes that can take
forever. When I had Pub 2000 that wasn't a problem you
where able to copy and paste in that area, why not Pub
2002? Is there a remedy or a patch or am I doing
something wrong?

You use the keyboard shortcuts.
ctrl + v is for pasting.
