copy to personal calendar

I am using Outlook 2002 - and have created a second
calendar. Using Outlook 2002 - we could use the "copy to
personal calendar" in the Actions Menu - to set reminders
etc from our default/personal calendar.
We can't seem to be able to do this in Outlook 2002.
Is there a solution? This is a pretty important function
for us.
