copy user-defined fields

Hi,


After adding several user-defined fields to my customized contact form I am
now exporting some of theese contacts to another folder.

I have published my form into this other folder but I am not able to perform
searches on my user-defined fields.

Is that impossible or is there a way to copy user-defined fields from a
folder to another?
