Copy variable number of rows into another worksheet

I have a list that contains two types of data. I can sort the data s
one is 'above' the other row-wise. The number of rows each type of dat
uses will vary from day to day. Is there a way to take the number o
rows (I use COUNTIF) and copy the rows to another worksheet. Basicall
I want to use the COUNTIF value as the row reference with a fixe
column reference to copy data to another worksheet

It's hard to tell, without a sample of your data, but you may be able to
use an advanced filter to extract the data to another worksheet. There
