mamue

Hi,

i just tried to copy content from one word-document to another without
the text boxes that are anchored to that text. i didn't find a way to
do that, nor i made it to delete those anchors afterwards.
do you have some ideas? i work with Word2000

Hi mamue,

If you use Edit|Paste Special and choose the 'unformatted text' option, only the text will be pasted. Do note, though, that you also
lose any text formatting.

Alternatively, you can delete the text boxes after pasting. You can't delete just the anchors - doing so deletes the text boxes
also.
