Copy Word macro to colleague

Hi, I have created a simple but useful Word macro, that I access by
clicking on a customized button on the toolbar. I want to send that
macro to a colleague, together with the customized button, but without
having to send my Normal.dot file over. In addition, I would like to
automate the process so that the macro, together with the button,
automatically installs itself on my colleague's version of Word? I use
Word 2002. Thank you for your assistance.
