Copy Word settings

I have spent a long time defining some document templates, macros and
menus on Word 2003 on my PC. I wish to use these on my laptop, which
has the same version of Word. What is the easiest way to copy these
over? The 2 are connected by a network.

Copy normal.dot, which is a hidden file, so you have to be viewing hidden
files to find it or look under Tools-Options, File locations tab...
