Copy worksheet from one file to another

In MS Access I have command button where I do run module to load data to
excel file “File1.xls†and worksheet “Monthâ€.
The next I need to add a code to copy or move the worksheet “Month†from
‘File1.xls’ to “File1.xlsâ€.
Please help me.
