Copy worksheet to another worksheet and the date is plus 1 day.

I am using Office 2000

='[Depot-Operating-Hours4.xls]City Depot'!$C$7

Using the above formula I copy the whole worksheet to another worksheet and
the date is plus a day an example the date is 23/07/06 in the new worksheet
it is 24/07/06, am I missing something here or is this a common situation.
