Copying 2 column

Hi,

I have a file in excel that has the state names in column B and the
state capitals in Column C. I want to end up with a list in one column
could be "Col E" that has first the State and then the capital on the
line below it , then a empty row , then the next state etc, etc. I
have no knowledge of Visual Basic and have done very little with
macros.
