i created a custom form for my customer contacts. i have a separate folder
defined for the customers to keep them separate from my regular contacts. i
published the custom form into the customer contacts folder. because i need
to view this folder at another computer (we don't have exchange), i copied
the customer folder to a pen drive, then defined the folder on the other
computer.
from the other computer i can see all the custom fields in the folder, and
my "actions" menu shows "new prospect", however, the new form is not used
when i view the existing customers or create new ones.
i thought that if i published the custom form into the customer folder
everything would be there to display and create new customers. how can i move
the form over to the other computer along with all the data?
i'm using outlook 2002 on both systems, without exchange server.
