Copying a page from visio 2000 to word 2000

I am attempting to copy a page from Visio to Word both on
200 format. However when pasting into Word it always
reduces the size when appearing on word. I have attempted
multiple ways including copy drawing.

Are there any known issues out there??

Please help!!!
