Copying a spreadsheet template

Hi there,
I'm trying to copy a template for your yearly retail but I'm running into
some problems.
1. I can only seem to set it up with 3 sheets but I need 13, one for each
month and one for the template
2. I can't get the text size to go as small as the original so that the
whole month fits onto the screen
I'm not very computer savy and I've been beating myself against this problem
for a few days now....can anyone give me some good advice?

Is it a Template you downloaded from MS Office Template Gallery?

Could have some protection on the Workbook or Worksheets.

Post the URL from where you downloaded the Template.

I will have a look at it.
