Copying Address Book to Remote PC

I currently access MS Outlook via MS Exchange in a multi-
user office environment. There are times that I am
traveling and wish to send emails. Is there a way to copy
my address book from my office PC to my remote laptop.
There is a LAN connection to the office PC.

If you want just the addresses from your Contact folder then these can be
exported to a variety of formats, to export select the Contact folder and
then choose File > Import/Export and follow the wizard.
