copying addressbook to disc

Hi, I need to do some work on someone's addressbook that
was done in Outlook. However, from what I understand
their internet connection isn't working, and I want to
take the work home with me. As I will not be able to
email it (BTW I wouldn't know how to do that either) I
will need to copy their addressbook onto disc, so I can
work on it on my own computer. But how? Hopefully not too
difficult, as I'm not all that computer proficient...
(and not that familiar with the program either). Any tips
are much appreciated. Thanks! :)

What version of Outlook are you using? Note: this group does not support
Outlook Express.
