Copying an OST File to Newer Version of Outlook

Is there any harm in copying a user's Outlook 2000 OST to 2003? We are trying to mimimize the time it takes for Outlook to synchronize on the very first exit.

FYI -- We are using Symantec Ghost to re-image the pc.
