After upgrading to Office 2003, When i need to copy and paste the copied row
in the same excel workbook, it takes a very long time, maybe 3-4 minutes.
(sometimes it tells me that my vertual memory is updating, but it might not
have anything to do with the problem i'm experiencing.) I work with a very
large Excel data base and need to use this function a lot. What can I do to
speed up the process? HELP!
