Copying and pasting cells causes excel crash

15" Macbook, just previous released hardware version, 10.5.5 fully patched and updated.
Version12.1.3 (080930) of Excel, Latest installed update is 12.1.3

We've seen crashes (I have three crash dumps from today, all from one user) that seem to occur when he is copying and pasting cells within the app.

At first, we thought it was only for larger spreadsheets, but that has been shown to be false. Likewise, at first it appeared to be related to the number of cells being operated on, but that too seems not to be the case. The modules that are reporting crashes vary:

I'm working through the troubleshooting ideas we've seen (fixing perms, clearing preferences, etc) but so far, we haven't been able to get this to stop happening. 3 times a day is pretty typical for this user.

Any help, or an offer to pass the full crash dumps along to MS devs would be appreciated.

I'm on the Mac Excel development team. If there's any way you could send me
a file that exhibits this problem, that would be a big help (with specific
steps about what range, when copied, leads to the crash). One or more of the
full crash logs (copy everything in the Microsoft Error Reporting log
window) would also be very helpful.

Same thing happens to me. There is one line when I try and copy/ paste it, Excel crashes. There is no special formatting, no formulas, just text and #'s in the fields. Every thing else I copy and paste in this file works fine.

Is there any chance you could send me the file that causes this? If not, if
you could at least send me the full crash log (click More Info in the
Microsoft Error Reporting window, then copy/paste the full log) it would be
a big help.
