copying and pasting field statements

In writing up that reply for Jammer Six, I couldn't persuade word to
copy the field stuff into the clipboard. It just gave me the result.
Which was no use for pasting into Thoth.
Does anyone know a way to copy and paste the actual formulas?

Toggle the field code so you can see the code in the curly braces.

Now select *inside* the curly braces, but not the curly braces
themselves. Copy, and paste elsewhere.

You will have to put in the curly braces yourself! :) m.

Sorry for the delay in replying, I took a week off to stock up the wine
cellar. aka fanging round Italy & France with a car that got heavier at
every stop.

That recipe worked fine. Bit of a pain for deeply nested IF statements,
and getting the braces right after doing a little QC on the booze is a
bit of a challenge too! ;-)
