?Copying and Pasting problem

I'm having users in a office when they copy text from
Word and paste it into Outlook in a HTML message, they
receive the following error:

Your current security settings prohibit running ActiveX
controls on this page....

This seems to happen when coping "smart tags" in Word.

We are running Office XP.

Any suggestions?
