Copying and Pasting Tables from Web into Word 2004

My wife is having a big problem with Office 2004.

She is used to just copying a table from Paypal.com for her shipping
forms and then pasting it directly into a Word document on her PC.
This allowed her to use the table from the Paypal site but have her
company logo on the page, and also allowed her to fit two shipping
forms on 1 page.

Now that she has switched over to an imac and Office 2004 for Mac,
this copy-paste function no longer keeps the table looking like it
looks on Paypal's site. Is there someway to copy this table and paste
it into Word without losing the formatting look??

We have been trying different things for days now to no avail. We've
tried pasting, paste special, copying from Safari, IE, Mozilla,
Camino, Opera and none of this works. We tried saving the site as a
HTML document and opening that in Word, then copying the table into a
new Word document and this sorta worked, but not reliably.

Do you Microsoft Office guru's have any suggestions?!!?
