I've posted this question on the MSDN board, but as I'm not sure if it can be
done at all, let alone coded, I thought I'd ask it here, too.
I have a plan which contains a number of projects, each broken down into
activities carried out by one of four teams in my department - the
appropriate team name is held in a dedicated column for each task and sub task
I have created filters to filter the database depending on the contents of
this column, and they work fine. Filtering also works OK if I use Autofilter.
However, I want to then copy the filtered data to a new plan, but when I do,
not only do I get all the filtered data, but all the other tasks in between,
too.
Is there anything I can do to paste only the visible, filtered data into my
new plan?
Cheers
