I am running Windows 98. I was using Office 97 and
upgraded to Office XP. When I use my word program or
powerpoint, I can't copy and paste pictures. My Clipboard
reads image not available. I tried saving the images.
They are on my computer, but when I try to insert first I
get a box that says "Convert file from: (with several
options). Then after I choose any of the options I get
the message "Error occured while importing this file." I
have noticed that the properties of theimages are "Art" .
Other images will copy and paste. What do I do?
