copying appointments as text

If i switch the current calendar view to Active
Appointments and then I try to copy a selection of events
to a text document such as word they copy over as
links/macros (not really sure). I would like to be able
to copy them as text, is this possible? Should I install
one of the exporting tools from CD?

In Word, if you use Edit --> Paste Special, Text you'll get whatever's
showing in the view as text instead of appointment files.
