Sharon,
A simple way is to simply drag and drop the appointment
into a folder. It will show up as a .msg file. You can
then transport the .msg file(s) to wherever you want.
Next, just drag and drop back into the new calendar. it
will show up as the original appointment. This also works
with recurring appointments.
(By the way, most any item in Outlook will drag and drop)
