Copying Autocorrect database

I need to copy my autocorrect database from one computer
to another (from a Windows ME computer to a Windows XP
computer). The version of Excel is 2000, 9.0.4402 sr-1.
Your help appreciated.

Could the Profile Wizard be used to transfer user-defined settings etc from
an Academic (or Student & Teacher) version of Office to a fully-licensed
professional version? If so, would it work if a person was also moving from
Office 2002 to Office 2003?
