Copying autocorrect entries onto a disk

Mary

Does anyone know how this process is done? I mean step-
by-step. Will these entries work if the older version of
Word (2000) has the entries, and I want to copy them into
the new word (Microsoft Office XP Professional? Please
get back to me and let me know. I have tried and tried
and tried to no avail. The instructions I was given were
not simple enough for me to understand.

I need help!

Thank you.

You need the autocorrect utility from macros9.dot which was supplied with
Word 2000 (and may be downloaded from Microsoft via a link on the favourites
page of my web site). This provides backup and restore of autocorrect.
