Copying Chart from Excel to Email Issue

Hello all,

I recently uninstalled Office 2003 and installed Office 2007. Before, I was
able to copy an Excel chart and paste the chart in an Email with no issue.

However now, when I attempt to copy the same chart I have in the past in an
Email, a weird object is pasted in its place and not the chart. The object
is a picture of an icon for what looks like 'Scansoft PDF Professional 4'.

It's almost like when I copy the chart, it 'embeds' or 'prints' the chart in
a Scansoft PDF Pro 4 object. Scansoft PDF Pro is listed in the add-ins for
Excel. Is it possible to disable these add-ins to stop it from having this
behavior?

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!
