Copying color palette between machines

I need to be able to copy the custom color palette between two machines
running Visio 2000. (yes, I know. but that's what IT has given me to work
with...)

Is there a way to highlight the custom color on one machine and copy down
the RGB/hue /saturation/luminosity numbers? Emailing the document to the
second machine doesn't let me read the color parameters on the second machine.
