Copying Conditional Formatting For Multiple Cells

I have report that I have set up conditional formatting for the cells
in two of the columns. I am looking for a quick way to set up
conditional formatting for the cells in these columns.

It is tedious to go through the dialog box for each cell to set the
conditions and formats.

Is there a faster/easier way?

If the cell has no content just use the Fill Handle & drag down as far as
necessary. If the starting cell *does* have content do the same, but then
click the Fill Options button & choose Fill Formatting Only.
