Copying Contact cards

I want to copy contact cards from my work outlook to my
home outlook..but I can't seem to email them or save them
to disk - what do I need to do to copy them over??

I should add that I am sending from Outlook version 97

and sending also to Outlook 97

sorry, - I mean the address contacts.. (I call them cards
because the view I keep them in is "detailed address cards"

I want to either email them to home, or save them to
disk...The versions of outlook are the same (97) am I able
to do this???

Create a PST file.
Copy your Contacts into this PST file.
Open the PST file in the other installation.
