Copying contects of the clipboard to a mail item in Outlook

If I have some something on the Windows Clipboard that I copied there from
somewhere else, how would I do this ?

Using automation...

Open MS Outlook
Click that I want to send a new email message
Paste the contents of the windows clipboard to the body of the email
and then send it

I know how to open MS, create a new mail item,set the email address and
send. I just dont know how to get the contents off the clipboard.

I am using MS Foxpro, so could I I say oMailItem.Body = _Clipboard ?????
