Copying Data from multiple tables

I am working on a project where I will enter in info in about seven forms based on seven different tables. When I am finished enetering in this data I want to press a button which will allow some of this data to be attached to an employee number and be carried over to seven different form and populate fields on these forms. What is the best way to do this and if so any example databases I can look at.
