copying groups of cells

First ley me thank you in advance for reading this post.

Here's my problm:

I have a sheet that performs a large number of functions
based on the days of the week. The sheet draws information
from several other sheets in the same work book.

What I'm trying to do is copy each day onto it's own sheet.
The problem is every time I copy and paste a section it
rewrites all my formulas and the copy becomes unuseable.
Is there a way to make an exact copy of each section so
the formula's will not regenerate themselves based on
there new location.

If you just want the values of the copied area, do the following:

Select area to copy
Copy it (ctrl+v or right-click>copy)
Select sheet to paste to
Right-click>Select Paste Special>Values

These should be static values, not formulae.
