Copying in Manager to Training meeting requests

Hi

We want to run all our training by using meeting requests through Outlook
2003 Calendar.
However, as well as inviting staff to the training & asking for an
attendance response, we'd also like to copy in Manager so he/she is aware.

Is there any way we can copy in the Manager to the meeting request, without
it going into his/her calendar or asking for an attendance response??
