Copying ink notes between pages

I had found a kinda annoying problem with one note. As i wrote my notes in
one page(ex:meetings), and then i decided to switch some of it to the other
section of other notes(summary reports).
then when i select the section of ink notes(from notes meetings) i want to
copy, i press ctrl+c, then i switch to the other section of other
notes(summary reports). some of the ink start become unreadable as the ink
just dislocate it self into bits.(for example word U may become L I,
sometime the I part is far far away down the notes overlapping other words, i
mean it can be everywhere). I am not talking about when translating from ink
into typed word, just ink it self, everything is in ink, no typed words at
all.

Just wondering if there is ways to fix this kind of problem. Thanks for any
help and tips in advance. Any suggestion will be appreciated.

Are you selecting the container and copying or are you trying to select
individual pieces of ink?
