Copying input in textbox vba to excel

Dear helpful souls,

I'm need your help on these please. I'm trying to create a textbox control
in powerpoint slide.
I'm hoping that the text that I input in the textbox can be captured in the
excel column 3, rows 2-20 for example. This are used for to record the index
number and age.
