Maria,
I'm not sure what you are trying to do either, but if it's just a question
of copying the details from a page in one programme onto a page in another,
you should be able to do 'copy and paste'. Select and highlight all the
details by holding down the left mouse and drag across the page, then go to
Edit>Copy. Open a new page in the other programme and paste, Ctrl V, onto
the page.
If this isn't what you are trying to do, then please provide more details as
DavidF suggests and I'm sure someone will be able to help.
