Copying Legend

Ok, I can copy and paste the Gantt Chart, but how can I get the Chart
legend?
I have frequent need to paste a Gantt chart into another alication,
like Word or Powerpoint, and distribute it. I know I can export the
project, but what I want to do is include the Gantt chart in a report
- for example.
Othewr than creating a report and doing a screen capture, is there
some way I can get the Gantt chart legend?

You can print as a pdf file.
A lot of pdf generators can be found on the web.

You could print the Gantt (or other) view to a PDF file using Adobe Acrobat
or similar and then embed the PDF into the target application.
