Copying Multiple pictures at one time to paste into Word

Is there a way to copy as many as 90 pictures to Word without having to do
"Copy" one picture at a time? I know I can "Paste All" from the Clipboard,
but how do you "Copy All" pictures and make sure that you don't copy the text
on the page - only the pictures. Thank you for any assistance you can give
me.

Using Windows explorer, you can select multiple files using Shift and/or the
Control key and then right click and select Copy and then go to Word and use
Ctrl+V to paste.

Alternatively, use mailmerge.
