Copying or dragging a calculation

How do I copy or drag a calculation down or across but
make it reference a common cell. For instance i want the
sum in B5 to = B2*A5 and i want to drag this calc to B6 so
that B6 ='s B2*A6 and so on. If you simply drag it down
you end up with B3*A6.

Use absolute referencing in the cell addresses. For example

=$B$3*B5
