Is there a way to copy non-adjacent data to a new or existing worksheet without leaving blanks or using copy & paste? I am building a database and would prefer to use Excel because I am more familiar with it. I am trying to eliminate the re-entry of existing data and I need the some of the names to repeat on a new sheet because they meet certain criteria. However, I have not been able to retrieve the names I need without leaving blank rows in the new sheet. This might be a job for a database program, but any ideas would be appreciated.
