Copying Predecessors from one Master Project to the other

I have created a Master file with subprojects. Now I would like to create one
more Master project. So I did save as and gave a new file name. Now when I
look into Predecessors column the predecessors have changed. How do I avoid
changing of these predecessors. Is there any way?
