Copying profiles from one domain to another

Hi,

I'm going to be moving several users from a Windows 2000 domain to a
Windows 2003 domain. The Windows 2000 domiain is in a very bad state
and we just want to start over fresh. However, the problem is that
many of our users have customized their computers and creating a new
profile and telling them all to re-do their setting will not go over
well. Is there any easy way to do this or tool that will do it? I
saw a tool for migrating from NT4 but nothing for an XP profile in a
w2k domain to another domain. Also the profile copy utility seems to
only allow copying profiles from local to domain accounts. Any help
would be greatly appreciated.
