Copying Settings & Templates

Hi Folks

Could someone point me in the appropriate direction, please, to find
guidance about this. I have Office 2007 on my desktop and now wish to
install it on my laptop: I want to set up the laptop copy exactly as I have
the desktop copy: to do this manually would take an awful lot of time.
